What's included in a standard clean?+
A standard clean covers all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, living and dining areas, interior windows, vacuuming and mopping, light dusting, and trash removal. All supplies are provided.
Do I need to be home during the visit?+
No. Many clients provide a door code or lockbox. Your professional arrives, completes the clean, and you receive a completion message. You just come home to a clean house.
Are your cleaners background checked?+
Yes. Every Tidwell professional completes a full criminal background check through a certified third-party provider before joining our network. Results are available on request.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?+
If your Tidwell visit doesn't meet your standard, we return within 24 hours and make it right — at no additional charge. No questions, no back-and-forth.
Can I request the same cleaner every time?+
Yes. We encourage it. Recurring clients can request the same professional for every visit. Just let us know at booking and we'll match your schedule accordingly.
How is pricing calculated?+
Pricing is based on home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, requested scope, and current condition. Your exact quote is confirmed before booking — no surprises, no hidden fees.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are provided. If you prefer specific products (fragrance-free, eco-friendly), let us know in your booking notes.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We recommend 2–3 days in advance. For move-in/move-out or deep cleans, 5–7 days is preferred. Same-week availability varies by season.
